Linn LP12 Turntable with Majik PSU & Motor, Linn Akito Arm, AT-VN95E Cartridge PLUS extras.

I have decided to sell my personal Linn LP12 Turntable and get right out of Vinyl finally, as I simply do not get to listen to the TT any longer.

This is a rebuild I completed about 18months ago. It comprises the following, including some upgrades and new parts:

1. Upgraded original Motor, PSU and Switch gear, to the current model Majik Motor, PSU and Switch gear kit, including 45RPM adaptor – see pics below before installation. Sourced from an owner who upgraded his Linn Majik LP12 @ R 4 500,00
2. New original Arm Board, sourced from Philip T. @ R 1 000.00
3. New drive belt, springs and grommets and screws, sourced from Philip T. @ R 1 200,00
4. New LP12 Outer Platter, sourced from Linn SA and ordered direct from Linn. @ R 7 468,00
5. Used Linn Akito arm
6. New Audio Technica AT-VM95E MM Cartridge – only +- 10hrs use. @ R 1 200,00
7. Clear lid, but will need 2 x new hinges.
8. Linn Trampolin Base
9. I will also throw in:
   1. Spare top plate
   2. Axis outer platter
   3. Spare drive belts
   4. Old grommets and odds and ends.
   5. An Original Linn TT Setup Jig – probably worth a couple of grand
   6. A used Rotel RQ-970BX Phono Equaliser, MM and MC – working, but needs a service I believe, as when I tested this week, it sounded really ‘dull’. I have been using the Devialet Phono Stage of my 220 CI Integrated.
